ROUTE OF LA PAMPA BEACHES
BUDGET LIBERIA – PANAMÁ BEACH – CONCHAL BEACH – TAMARINDO – BEJUCO
You can start your trip in Budget Liberia, Guanacaste to move to the first beach: Panama. The excellent and attractive of this area is that the beaches are very close and you can visit many different and attractive beaches in a day or two.
Panama Beach gives you a wonderful view of the ocean. What attracts more of this beach is that it does not have stones, it does not have strong currents and its tide stays low most of the time, in addition it is near the Costa Esmeralda Refuge and the Marino las Baulas of Guanacaste.
One of the best maintained beaches in Costa Rica is Playa Hermosa, with blue and clear water is one of the winners of the “Blue Flag” award, awarded to beaches that demonstrate high environmental standards and excellent security facilities. IMPORTANT: In Costa Rica there are 2 Hermosa beaches, this is located in Guanacaste, the other is located in Puntarenas and is considered one of the surf paradises.
If you are looking for a beach party and nightlife, water sports and fishing, you will find everything in Playas del Coco. This is one of the largest towns in Guanacaste and is an excellent place to explore the province.
One of the stops that we like to do is in The Monkey Farm where it helps the monkeys in the wild.
The area is full of beaches to visit: Playa Ocotal, Matapalo, Matapalito, Danta, Prieta, Roble, among others.
Playa Grande is a vital part of Las Baulas National Marine Park, as it is a nesting site for the leatherback turtle, for this reason, it is only accessible by day.
Pan de Azúcar, also known as Sugar Beach, this destination is known for its natural beauty and wildlife, as travelers will perceive, making it one of the best beaches in Costa Rica.
Playa Potrero is quiet and serene. Visitors come in search of the turquoise waters and white sandy beach that characterize it. This beach community is ideal for watching stunning sunsets. Playa Potrero is next to Playa Flamingo, considered one of the most beautiful in Costa Rica.
Flamingo is known and considered one of the best beaches to fish offshore, in addition, every year is given the International Sailfish Tournament.

All the beaches are followed, one at the same time of the other. Brasilito, Conchal, Ventanas and Grande are the following until you reach Tamarindo, a true tropical paradise. It is also one of the wonders of adventure and has the serenity of a tropical paradise. It is a destination for anyone traveling to Costa Rica, from newlyweds to families or friends.
With world-class waves, Playa Avellanas is a surfers paradise. The locals even call it “Little Hawaii”, as the waves reach 5.5 meters in height, which attracts experienced surfers from all over the world. When visiting Playa Avellanas you will have near the National Marine Park Las Baulas.
Traveling to Nosara you will pass by Playa Negra, Playa Blanca, Junquillal and Ostional. Nosara has been protected by the national park system in addition to the efforts of local citizens to ensure that this virgin forest and beach remain intact. Nosara has three beaches that will be its next destinations: Guiones, Nosara and Pelada.
To finish the route, you will visit Playa Garza, Samara, considered one of the safest, Playa Carrillo, Camaronal and Bejuco.
