La Palma, is an icon of Salvadoran crafts with its Naif style reflected in its picturesque streets. Further ahead are the Citalá and San Ignacio villages that have extraordinary natural landscapes, organic agricultural crops and a cool mountain climate.
Ilobasco awaits you with its characteristic miniature in red mud, a part of the wide range of handicraft products that are made by artisans in the area.

El Pital is the highest point in El Salvador, with 2700 meters above sea level, this mountain is located in the department of Chalatenango and is considered one of the main attractions for camping throughout the country.
