On leaving Guatemala City take the road to Atlantic, taking the highway Jacobo Arbenz Guzman arrive at the municipality of San Agustin Acasaguastlán where you can visit the Guaytán Park, an archaeological site dating back the preclassic period of the Mayan culture.
You can follow the road to El Rancho, El Progreso, to enjoy various regional dishes and see step Grande or Motagua River.
